GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • A vehicle may be rented only by a person (hereinafter referred to as the “Renter”) who is at least 22 years old and holds a valid driver’s license for a minimum of three years.
  • The minimum rental period is two (2) days.
    At the time of vehicle pickup, the renter is required to present valid personal identification documents, including a passport or ID card, as well as a valid driver’s license. Forza Rent reserves the right to copy and store these documents in its records.
  • Vehicle pickup is carried out at the Forza Rent office in New Belgrade (across from Megatrend University) or at the Hotel Zira garage, depending on where the specific vehicle is located.
  • The vehicle is handed over clean and with a full fuel tank, and must be returned in the same condition.
  • Airport delivery is free of charge for rentals longer than 7 days.
  • Delivery to a desired address is additionally charged from €20 to €30, depending on the location within the city.
  • By signing the rental agreement, the renter confirms that they have read and accepted the general rental conditions stated on the back of the contract, agrees to the rental price, additional services, deposit amount, and the exact time and place of vehicle return. By signing, the renter also confirms that only they will operate the vehicle during the rental period, and that they bear full responsibility for any traffic violations or fines incurred during the rental period.
  • The daily rental price includes tax, full insurance coverage (CDW) and 300 km per day, unless otherwise stated in a promotional offer. The daily rate is calculated per 24-hour period from the moment of vehicle pickup, with an allowed delay of up to one hour upon return. All prices are expressed in euros, while payment is made in Serbian dinars, according to the selling exchange rate of Alta Bank, at the time of vehicle pickup, either in cash or by bank transfer.
  • DEPOSIT: A security deposit is mandatory upon vehicle pickup and depends on the selected vehicle, with a minimum amount of €200. The exact deposit amount is shown during the reservation process. The deposit may be paid in cash or by credit/debit card pre-authorization. For regular customers, the deposit amount may be reduced.
  • For drivers under 23 years of age, the deposit is doubled, with a minimum amount of €500. Forza Rent reserves the right to increase the deposit amount or refuse vehicle rental.
  • The deposit may be paid in any currency according to the euro exchange rate.
  • INSURANCE :The rental price generally includes comprehensive insurance (CDW) with a minimum excess of €200 or 20% of the damage. An additional insurance package may be purchased to reduce or eliminate liability. The price of this option depends on the vehicle class, and full details are available during the reservation process.
  • If full insurance is purchased and a police report is provided, the renter will not bear any costs in the event of an accident.
    In the event of theft, provided that all documents and keys are returned, the renter will also not be held liable.
  • Full insurance does not cover interior damage, such as dirty or damaged seats, scratched or damaged interior surfaces.
  • A police report is mandatory in the event of any damage to the vehicle. The renter is required to contact the Forza Rent legal representative and follow their instructions.
  • ROAD ASSISTANCE: Road assistance coverage depends on the selected vehicle. Please check the applicable roadside assistance package during the reservation process.
    Traveling outside Serbia with the rented vehicle is allowed only with prior approval and payment of an additional €25 fee.
  • If you plan to travel abroad, you must inform us in advance.
    Otherwise, a document prohibiting such travel will be issued.
